Seriously, I've been banned by Andsense last year. While I guess they're just trying to protect themselves, it seems like they're indiscrimately banning innocent people while doing so.
I guess my only fault was that there was a day where I had a sudden surge of clicks, and I can't explain them myself.
And google didn't say anything about it for 2 months until the 2 days before I was supposed to be paid, they banned me!!.
And all emails I sent to them were autoreplies. Standard template.
Seriously, I wonder who screens them.
So I keep to Yahoo Ads for now. It's working fine for now. I hope they don't become yet another google.

Google is a huge corporation. It takes them time to react. Most likely they have a process in place that checks to verify clicks are legitimate that is included in the payment processing.
A massive amount of clicks is a valid reason for them to disqualify someone. Google has been sued before (AND LOST) over click fraud. They're especially sensitive to anything that looks like fraud.
Even if you're making $20,000 a month from Google ads you have to remember that you're just a little guy to them. Google is a multi billion dollar corporation.
Did you contact them to see what happened?
Did you ask them to restore your account?
Did you offer to show them your server logs so they could investigate further?
Remember, only you are responsible to maintain your business. Dealing with vendors such as Google can get tedious but if you really want to make that Google money it's worth your time. _________________ (765) 997-1736

hi,
I also banned by google adsence before 6 months.
They banned my account because of I placed my site in some Link provider directory,
They send a email with the following message...
" Some one click your ad frequently so we are banned you..." like that they told in that email.
My general Opinion Google adsence is beter than YPN yahoo publisher network because google provide this service world wide everybody can participate in google adsence but YPN only for US based users only.
I hear YPN gives higher pay rate for each click than google.
bust still I suggest everyone for google adsence. |

| Google banned me for fraud clicks, which is not true. And it's just when I was earning... Kind of mysterious. |

I've been with Google for some time now, and am just waiting for my third payment from them. I've heard some bad reports, but I don't think they are another Paypal/eBay fiasco, just banning people indiscriminately. _________________ Brand new community! Join FREE today!

sadly...it's within their TOS that they can terminate you anytime...
i wonder if there will ever be any redress in this world. |

Just because it's in their terms and conditions, doesn't make it right. They are open to slander/libel lawsuits if they wrongly accuse someone of illegal activity. You could have in your terms that if someone posts something you don't like within these forums, then you'll send someone round to their house to kill them! That doesn't mean that you'll get away with doing so. They have to follow the law, and the law says that terms and conditions shouldn't be too unreasonable or far-reaching. I would say also that's it a least unethical, if not illegal, to freeze members' accounts and deny them access to their funds without proof of any wrongdoing, but that's a matter of intense heated debate around the internet:
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B2PBFA_enGB230GB230&q=paypal+ebay+sucks
I'm sure out of thousands of complaints against them, they can't ALL be making up their stories. I've been on the wrong end of eBay a few times, but in most cases, they've apologised and admitted being in the wrong. Paypal once suspended my account because of a website I was selling that went (unknowingly by me) against their terms and conditions, so I pulled the website and that was that.
However, that said, I wouldn't be using them if I didn't have to, but they have the monopolies in their field and they know it!

i agree,
monopoly is the word.
THey can do ANYTHING they want...
and there's NOTHING we can do about it.
just because of that people are scrambling to give they advertising money, service fees...
does alternative work?...it does...but no one has that wide coverage like they do... |
